Joel Cummings brings a unique combination of creativity, business experience, and hands-on
real estate expertise to every client he serves. With two degrees in Vocal Performance, Joel
originally built his career around music before a period of vocal injury led him to explore real
estate and creative investment strategies.
Joel obtained his real estate license in 2015. In 2016, he and his wife purchased their first rental
property, followed by their first fix-and-flip project in 2017. Over the next four years, they
completed nearly 50 flip projects and built a rental portfolio that has grown to 11 homes. Along
the way, Joel has worked with buyers and sellers while developing extensive experience on the
investment side of real estate.
In 2021, Joel expanded his real estate business by starting a construction company to support
his renovation projects. The company later completed retail construction projects as well, giving
Joel additional experience in project management, construction, budgeting, and property
improvement.
Today, Joel manages his rental portfolio while helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the
real estate market. His experience includes creative financing, real estate investment strategies,
bank-owned and foreclosure properties, small multifamily properties, renovations, and property
management.

who has been on both sides of the transaction—and has personally built, renovated, financed,
and managed real estate investments.
